Do I need a physician referral for therapy services?Ohio is a direct access state which means that a physician referral is not needed to set up the initial appointment. Some insurance carriers require it for payment. We will obtain the necessary prescription if this is needed. The prescription my physician gave me is for another therapy provider, can that be used for your services? You have the right to choose your rehab provider. We can still accept the prescription and see you for services

What payment options do you accept?We are a participating provider with Medicare Part B and its immediate supplemental insurance plans. All other Medicare replacement plans and Commercial insurances can reimburse for our services via a client's out of network benefits. We will verify insurance and inform the client of what out of pocket expense they are responsible for ahead of receiving our services.

What should I expect on the first visit?The initial eval will take up to an hour and will include treatment to address your rehab needs on the first day. We will schedule your follow up appointments thereafter based on the recommended therapy plan

What if I already completed traditional PT and am interested in wellness services only?A wellness exam will be conducted in order for us to be aware of your physical ailments which may impact how you can receive activity instruction. We will see you for 1 on 1 wellness visits for however many visits are included in the bundled option of your choice. Wellness services are not covered by insurance carriers and are private pay only

What is your cancellation policy?We ask that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Providing us with advance notice allows us to see another client during that time. Cancellations the day of a scheduled appointment would be assessed the total charge for the visit.
