Dr. Angela Onyekanne PT, DPT, GCS

Dr. Angela Onyekanne is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has extensive clinical

experience working with older adults in a variety of settings including home health, acute care, outpatient and senior care communities.

 

Angela specializes in treating geriatric, neurologic and orthopedic conditions that include Parkinson's disease, post stroke, osteoporosis, arthritis, pre and post-op joint replacement, complex medical disease and balance/falls.  She is committed to optimizing a client's aging experience and helping them to live without limits.

When not seeing clients, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, training for a marathon, traveling and volunteering in the community

Dr. Megan Wade PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

LSVT "BIG" Certified, PWR Certified 

Dr. Megan Wade is a graduate of Ohio University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has 6 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including acute care, home health, outpatient and inpatient neurological rehabilitation.

Megan specializes in treating geriatrics and neurologic conditions including but not limited to Parkinson's disease, stroke, dementia, major multiple trauma, post operative recovery and balance/falls. She is certified in the LSVT BIG and PWR! programs for Parkinson's disease management.

​

When not seeing clients, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, hiking, playing recreational volleyball, traveling and reading.

Lauren Benson  OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Lauren is an expereinced occupational therapist with a masters degree in occupational therapy from Xavier University. She has worked in several settings, including inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient clinics. She’s worked with a wide range of diagnoses, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s, and various orthopedic conditions. Lauren is passionate about establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with her clients while helping them live life to the fullest.  

 

When not seeing clients, Lauren enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her corgi puppy Norman!

Ellie Wilhelm, MSW, LSW, ACM-SW

Client Relations Manager

Ellie Wilhelm, MSW, LSW, ACM-SW has 15 years of experience as a social worker working with older adults. She particularly gained a love of working with seniors through her roles in acute care and physical rehabilitation. She values assisting clients with the resources that they need to be able to continue to thrive at home. 

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family (two children, spouse, and pets), visiting playgrounds, volunteering in the community, reading, exploring the city, traveling, and exercising.
